The solution delivered measurable improvements across the supply chain. Inventory visibility increased significantly, with real-time tracking of shipments from receipt to final mile delivery. Orders were processed three times faster, reducing lead times and minimizing errors previously caused by manual handling by 90%. KPI tracking gave the client actionable insights to optimize performance.
In addition to the initial scope, the engagement expanded to include pallet handling, software flashing to mobile devices, specialized value-added services, and final mile delivery across multiple branches, strengthening the client’s overall logistics capabilities.
