Terms & Conditions

General Conditions

All services rendered by JAS are subject to the terms and conditions as set forth below.

Where JAS’s affiliated NVOCC, Blue World Line (FMC Org No. 027574), is providing ocean freight services, the terms and conditions of the Blue World Line Bill of Lading shall apply.

Blue World Line Terms and Conditions

Where JAS is providing air freight services, the terms and conditions of the JAS House Airway Bill shall apply.

JAS House Airway Bill Terms and Conditions

Insofar as not inconsistent with the above, including for pre-carriage and post-carriage Services, the Country Terms and Conditions set forth below shall govern. In the instance where such terms and conditions are not applicable, the JAS FIATA Model Rules for Freight Forwarding Services shall govern.
