JAS Worldwide recently hosted its JAS "After Hours" networking event following the Transport Logistic Munich on 10 May 2023, providing a unique opportunity for their customers to build relationships and network in a more personal setting.

Over 200 attendees were able to relax, socialize, and enjoy an evening of cocktails and conversations. The event provided a more informal setting for customers to connect with JAS representatives, vendors, and other customers in attendance.

"Our goal was to offer our customers a unique networking experience," explained Jennifer Jinadu-Wright, Vice President, Global Marketing. "Everyone is used to coming to a trade show and having meetings at the booth. One thing we have learned over the last few years is the importance of human connections. So we thought, why don't we do something different and allow our customers to connect with us in a more intimate setting and meet other people at JAS."

The JAS After Hours event was designed to provide an opportunity to take customer relationships to the next level. "At JAS, we firmly believe that being customer-centric goes beyond mere transactions and involves building personal connections with our customers, and JAS After Hours is a clear testament to our commitment to doing so," said Manuele Mazzacurati, EVP Global Sales & Marketing. Frans Zwetsloot, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Nordics and Baltics Region

JAS Nordics and Baltics is pleased to announce the appointment of Frans Zwetsloot as the new Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Nordics-Baltics region. With over 25 years of industry experience and 10+ years of C-level executive positions, Zwetsloot brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company.  


Before joining JAS, Zwetsloot served in several key positions in large organizations, including Director of Global Customer Development at Kuehne + Nagel, Managing Director at AmerisourceBergen (Alloga) & Industry Sales Director at DHL.


Throughout his career, Zwetsloot has consistently delivered exceptional results by implementing strategic initiatives, driving sustainable growth, and working to enhance the market presence of these organizations.


His fluency in French, English, German & Dutch, as well as his strong interpersonal skills and deep understanding of organizational dynamics, make him an invaluable asset for driving sales and marketing efforts in the region.

Spanning 300,000 square feet, the Contract Logistics Super Hub is designed to accommodate the evolving needs of the industry and provide a comprehensive solution for businesses seeking to optimize their operations. The facility is strategically located to ensure efficient and timely delivery while being within reach of over 75% of the US population via ground service.


The Memphis Super Hub is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including autonomous robots, automated conveyor systems, and seamless integration with JAS SmartHub technology.
