JAS is proud to share that Laurie Arnold of JAS USA has been elected Secretary of the National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA) for the 2026–2028 term.
The announcement was made following the NCBFAA’s 53rd Annual Conference.
The newly elected NCBFAA officers for 2026–2028 include:
- President: Karen Damon, Mohawk Global
- Vice President: Steven Powell, C.H. Powell Company
- Secretary: Laurie Arnold, JAS USA
- Treasurer: Len James, John S. James Co.
In addition, Past President Jose D. (JD) Gonzalez will serve as Chairman.
Laurie Arnold’s election reflects both her individual leadership and JAS USA’s continued commitment to advancing industry standards and collaboration across the global logistics community. In her role as Secretary, she will support the association’s governance, communications, and strategic initiatives as NCBFAA continues to advocate for its members and the broader trade industry.
The NCBFAA plays a vital role in representing customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers across the United States, working closely with government agencies and industry stakeholders to support efficient and compliant international trade.
