On August 16, 2018, the first JAS block train with 41 containers with multiple goods from Chinese manufacturers was launched for our local customers in the textile and accessories sectors.

Scheduled and in time, the delivery and loading of the containers took place in China, so that the departure took place punctually. This train departs from Fuzhou, passes through the Manzhouli border crossing and onwards through Russia, Belorussia and Poland before finally arriving at Hamburg in Germany. This dedicated train service traverses 5 countries, traveling a total of 16,000km in 17 days.

After the arrival on September 15, 2018, the complete customs clearance of all goods in the railway terminal Hamburg took place. The containers were then reloaded onto the connecting train of the TCU, our long-term partner and expert for container hinterland traffic, and driven to Mannheim.

Then at 3:00 am on September 20, 2018, all 41 containers with all goods arrived safely. And the welcome of this first JAS block train from Fuzhou was celebrated with representatives from the customer, our responsible JAS branch and the Mannheim Contargo terminal.
