JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. Corporate Headquarters is located in Atlanta, GA with Branch offices in 23 cities across the USA. Over 450 dedicated team members are supporting any transportation need you may have.
We take care of our customer's transportation from door-to-door, Imports & Exports via Air and Ocean Freight. We offer consolidation services as well as Full Container loads, Ship and Aircraft chartering.
Our office in Houston is dedicated to Projects - Oil & Gas. We also have dedicated staff looking after our Government Logistics and Live Animal Forwarding divisions.

A WORD FROM THE CEO, JAS FORWARDING USA

"In spite of 2016 being a challenging year for the global logistics industry, it was a very successful one for JAS USA.
During the course of 2016 our former President and CEO of JAS USA accepted the appointment of EVP of the Americas; consequently allowing for the creation of the new Macro Region for our organization. In August of 2016, I elevated from COO of JAS USA to President & CEO of JAS USA.
A few additional members of the JAS USA executive team have also departed to take a role within the new Americas region. There is a great deal of positive energy and stead-fast momentum which has been an invigorating force that stimulates our commitment to excellence and challenges us daily to continue to strive for constant improvement.
Over the years we have worked relentlessly to develop core values and best practices that have projected us to where we are now. We recognize change as mostly positive and necessary and will continue to remain very attentive to what has the power to make us more productive and allows us to handle more with less. We challenge the status quo with the idea that there is always room for improvement. We strive to offer the best customer service in the industry and push to develop new products that will bring more value to our customers reaching beyond a transactional saving.
In 2016 our people worked extremely effectively. We processed more shipments, more customs clearances and moved more kilos of air and ocean freight than we have ever done. We were able to reach such milestones with little to no additional operational headcount.
As part of our strategy, our BPM team has been fundamental in creating a solid operational culture of excellence. We have developed products and processes through our Customer Solution team that allow our sales force to sell value added services and continue to attract customers of a higher caliber. We have also developed a proper KAM structure to manage our largest customers. We have added a Supply Chain expert, to join a team that will work with our BPM and Customer Solution team to continue to improve the success rate of our most meaningful opportunities.
In 2016 we also created a proper tender management structure that will co-operate with US Regions as well as abroad in order to bring the most competitive pricing to our customers.
Our regions in the USA have also grown not only in size but in level of sophistication. We will continue to invest in training and improving our hiring practices to attract people that not only fit an immediate need but have the potential to grow with company. We are investing in our biggest asset, OUR PEOPLE!
JAS USA wants to be known as an Employer of Choice within our industry. It is a fact that no organization can strive long term without its people being devoted to success and believing this is the right company to work for. Our industry remains a service industry that is controlled first by people and then by process and technology. As we say at JAS, PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE.
2017 may bring similar challenges with slowing global trade. The good news is that the year has started strong for us and we are a lot more aware of our own capabilities. As the late Steve Jobs so eloquently stated during his 2005 Stanford University Commencement address, we remain “hungry and foolish” - but we look to the future with great confidence and enthusiasm."
