As posted in an earlier article this year, JAS Sweden is a proud sponsor to a young team of players in Sweden “Lerums IS “ and once again headed for a tournament.

After a heavy winter training, the team jumped on a bus headed to Italy for this year’s Easter Cup called Tropheo di Cencenatico (approx 20 km from San Marino).  Italy is such a great country and environment for football everyone really enjoyed themselves.

We brought two teams to participate which ended very successfully for both.  One team ended in 2nd Place and the other team ended in 6th Place. We won two big trophies; one for 2nd Place and the other for Fair Play Cup.

Football, as well as forwarding, brings people from different cultures together. As long as there is an interest to solve challenges, the occupation of forwarding as well as the global game of football is quite similar.

It was a long bus trip, but worth every minute! JAS Sweden will continue to follow the team’s efforts and developments during 2010.
