JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. is the Transportation Sponsor for Georgia Institute of Technology's Solar Powered Zero Energy Home. The 'house' represent Georgia Tech's entry in the Solar Decathlon 2007, a competition organized with the primary sponsorship of the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.

Goal of the 20 teams taking part in The Solar Decathlon is to produce the most attractive and energy-efficient solar-powered house.

The houses in the competition were designed and built by college and university teams from the USA, Canada, Germany and Spain. The houses are tested in 10 separate contests judged by experts.

The GA TECH solar house was transported to the Mall in Washington, DC on October 1, 2007 by JAS and will be there until October 21, 2007. The 'house' is expected to be visited/toured by 150,000 people (on average).
