Another JAS office obtains the valuable quality certification. JAS are pleased to inform its customers that our Chilean offices passed successfully the ISO 9001/2000 certification for its quality system.

We thank all our Chilean team for its support during this long process, and for the efforts of all the persons involved in this important target of Jas Chile for the year 2006. In spite of the tremendous amount of time requested for carrying out this kind of certification inside an organization, the benefits for both the company and the employees have been really important and rewarding, in term of adjusting and clarifying internal processes as well as discovering and apply improvements where they were possible.

JAS Chile has been assessed by a former key manager of Lan Chile, now Director and part of the IATA organization worldwide. One of the main result of this process is that, thanks to the ISO implementation, 100% of the process of every department of the company is now completely documented and controlled by the management control system; this enables the management to satisfy promptly our customers' requests.
